By leveraging on TELES C5 solution Mobile network operators can now simplify this task for their business customers by offering complete PBX functionality including central office attendant station, Auto attendant service, ad-hoc conference service, voice mail as they are accustomed to as well as user presence functionality while using their standard GSM phones. Using the system customer self care WEB interface enables the user to manage and configure its service independently relief the service provider expensive customer care resources. Our Solution By replacing their premise-based PBX system with a TELES C5 based solution leased from their mobile network provider, enterprise customers can experience substantial savings on their CAPEX and OPEX. The MobilePBX is connected to the mobile switching center (MSC) via a gateway. Incoming fixed number calls are then routed via a gateway connection to the Mobile PBX platform and then back to the GSM network. Architecture As TELES C5 solution is an open architecture; integration within common mobile networks can be realized practically out of the box. The Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) server, developed in-house, is the heart of the solution. It offers rich set of features and functionality, and high degree of flexibility packed in a high quality small footprint hardware platform. To ensure a state of the art solution, a best of breed 3rd party components are integrated into the platform.
